UNS N08825 is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy with molybdenum, copper and titanium additions. Typical composition ranges include approximately 38-46% Ni, 19.5-23.5% Cr, 2.5-3.5% Mo and 1.5-3.0% Cu, with titanium added for stabilization. Equivalent material designations should be confirmed against the applicable project specification before substitution. Raw Material → Tube Piercing → Hot Working → Cold Drawing / Sizing → Solution Annealing → Pickling → Straightening → Cutting → Inspection → Marking → Packaging Inspection can be performed according to ASTM B163 / ASME SB163 and project-specific requirements.
