ASTM A269 TP304 Extruded Finned Tube
ASTM A269 TP304 extruded finned tube is widely used in heat exchangers, air coolers, condensers and energy recovery systems requiring high thermal efficiency and long-term corrosion resistance.
The product is manufactured by mechanically extruding aluminum fins over a stainless steel base tube, forming an integral and tight fin structure with excellent heat transfer performance. Compared with welded fin tubes, extruded fin tubes provide stronger fin bonding strength, improved anti-corrosion capability and longer service life under demanding operating conditions.
TP304 stainless steel base tube offers reliable resistance to oxidation and moisture corrosion, while the aluminum fin material significantly increases heat dissipation area and thermal conductivity. This combination makes the product suitable for petrochemical plants, power stations, HVAC systems, marine engineering and industrial cooling applications.
