Base Tube & Fin Synergy


Our extruded fin tubes feature a robust EN 10217-7 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel base tube integrally bonded to 99.5% pure aluminum fins via cold extrusion. This design maximizes thermal conductivity (AL fins: 237 W/m·K) while leveraging the base tube’s corrosion resistance for harsh environments (e.g., acidic/chloride exposure).


Manufacturing Excellence


  1. Base Tube Fabrication:

  • Cold-drawn seamless tubing per EN 10217-7, annealed for stress relief.


  • Surface cleaned via pickling/passivation.


  1. Fin Extrusion:

  • Aluminum fins extruded at 350–400°C under 1,500–2,000 psi pressure.


  • Metallurgical bond formed without filler material (bond strength >35 MPa).


  1. Quality Validation:

  • Helium leak testing (sensitivity: 1×10⁻⁹ mbar·L/s).


  • 100% eddy current inspection for fin adhesion integrity.
