ASTM A376 TP347H Fin Tube CS is a high-performance composite heat exchange tube, strictly manufactured in accordance with ASTM A376 (standard for seamless austenitic stainless steel tubes for high-temperature service) and ASTM A179 (standard for carbon steel base tubes), integrating the superior high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance of TP347H stainless steel (fin part) and the excellent mechanical strength, pressure-bearing capacity and cost-effectiveness of carbon steel (CS, base tube)[1]. The product adopts an integrated fin forming process, which avoids the hidden dangers of fin detachment, corrosion and leakage compared with traditional welded fin tubes, ensuring long-term stable operation in high-temperature, high-pressure and corrosive working environments. TP347H stainless steel contains niobium (Nb) element, which can effectively inhibit intergranular corrosion, improve high-temperature creep resistance and oxidation resistance, while the carbon steel base tube ensures the overall pressure-bearing capacity of the tube and reduces the comprehensive cost. It is widely used in thermal power, petrochemical, boiler, metallurgical and other industries, providing efficient and reliable heat transfer solutions for high-temperature heat exchange equipment.
