HFW (High‑Frequency Welded) solid welded finned tubes with base tube ASTM A312 TP321H stainless steel are high‑performance heat transfer components specifically widely used for superheater applications in power boilers, waste heat recovery systems, and high‑temperature industrial furnaces. The solid fin design achieves metallurgical bonding through high-frequency welding, and possesses excellent heat transfer efficiency and structural integrity under extreme temperature and pressure conditions.

TP321H is a titanium-stabilized, high-carbon austenitic stainless steel tube widely used in high-temperature sections such as superheaters and reheaters in boilers.TP321H provides excellent creep strength and high-temperature structural stability under long-term service at elevated temperatures up to around 650–700°C.The titanium stabilization effectively avoids chromium carbide precipitation during welding and high-temperature service, greatly improving corrosion resistance.And it performs well in high-temperature flue gas environments, resisting oxidation and corrosion, ensuring a long service life.
