ASTM A312 TP347H High Frequency Welded (HFW) stainless steel finned tubes are top-tier, high-efficiency heat exchange elements designed specifically for high-temperature, high-pressure, highly corrosive, and high-dust waste heat boiler systems. Using high-carbon niobium-containing austenitic stainless steel TP347H as the base tube, high-frequency induction welding achieves a metallurgical bond between the fins and the base tube, perfectly solving the five core challenges of heat exchange efficiency, high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, and ash accumulation resistance in high-temperature flue gas waste heat recovery.

TP347H (UNS S34709) is a high-carbon niobium-containing stabilized austenitic stainless steel with a long-term working temperature of ≤ 650℃ and a short-term oxidation resistance temperature of 850~925℃. Its creep strength and endurance strength are far superior to 304H/321H.

1. Power Industry (Largest Application Market)

 

Boiler Systems

Economizer: Recovers waste heat from boiler tail gas to heat feedwater, improving boiler efficiency by 3%–5% and reducing coal consumption.

Air Preheater: Preheats combustion air, reduces exhaust gas temperature, and promotes complete fuel combustion.

Superheater/Reheater: TP321/347 material, used for high-temperature steam superheating, suitable for operating conditions below 600℃.

Waste Heat Boiler (HRSG): Recovers waste heat from gas turbine/internal combustion engine exhaust gas to generate steam and generate electricity, suitable for flue gas temperatures of 200–600℃.

 

Nuclear Power/Geothermal: Steam generator, condenser, geothermal heat exchanger, suitable for high temperature, high pressure, and complex media.
