Overview

Our Serrated Fin Tubes are engineered for maximum heat transfer efficiency in industrial boilers, superheaters, and heat exchangers. The base tube, manufactured from ASTM A335 P22 alloy steel, ensures high-temperature strength and durability, while the fins made of 1Cr13 stainless steel provide excellent corrosion resistance and maintain structural integrity under prolonged high-temperature operation. The serrated fin design enhances turbulence across the gas flow, improving thermal efficiency compared with conventional straight fins.
