ASTM A269 TP316L Bright Annealed Stainless Steel Coiled Tube For Hydraulic Pipelines
ASTM A269 TP316L Bright Annealed Stainless Steel Seamless Coiled Tube is a high-precision, corrosion-resistant austenitic stainless steel tubular product manufactured in strict accordance with the ASTM A269 standard for general-service seamless stainless steel tubing. It adopts TP316L low-carbon molybdenum-containing stainless steel material (UNS S31603, 1.4404), produced via cold drawing/cold rolling seamless forming process, and finished with professional bright annealing (BA) heat treatment under protective atmosphere, finally supplied in continuous coiled form instead of fixed straight lengths. ASTM A269 TP316L seamless coil tubes are mainly customized for small and medium precision sizes, widely used in instrument control lines, hydraulic pipelines and heat exchange systems.

Three Surface Finish Types:
1. Bright Annealed (BA) Finish (Core Product):
Completed under high-purity nitrogen/hydrogen protective atmosphere, no surface oxidation or scaling after heat treatment. The surface is smooth, silver-bright, uniform, with no scratches, pits or oxidation marks. Inner wall roughness is extremely low, not easy to adhere to impurities, dust or fluid residues. It is the preferred surface for pharmaceutical, semiconductor, ultra-pure fluid and precision instrument systems.
2. Pickled Annealed Finish:
Conventional heat treatment plus acid pickling and passivation process, with matte silver-gray surface. Low cost, good corrosion resistance, but slightly higher surface roughness than BA finish. Suitable for ordinary industrial fluid transmission, heat exchange and general anti-corrosion pipelines.
3. Polished Finish (Customized):
Secondary mechanical polishing based on bright annealing, including 240#, 320#, 400# mirror polishing, used for high-cleanliness and high aesthetic requirement scenarios.
