Embedded Fin Tubes for Air Cooler Condensers are high-performance heat transfer components designed for air-cooled condenser systems (ACC) and large-scale industrial cooling applications. Manufactured with a GOST 550-2020 carbon steel base tube combined with AL1060 aluminum embedded fins, these tubes provide excellent thermal conductivity, mechanical strength, and long-term corrosion resistance.
The embedded fin structure is produced by machining helical grooves into the outer surface of the steel tube and firmly embedding aluminum fins into the grooves. This mechanical bonding method creates a durable fin-to-tube connection, ensuring efficient heat transfer even under high vibration, thermal cycling, and outdoor operating conditions.
These fin tubes are widely applied in power plants, petrochemical facilities, refinery units, natural gas processing plants, and industrial steam condensation systems, where reliable heat rejection performance and long service life are essential.
The AL1060 aluminum fins provide excellent thermal conductivity, significantly increasing the external heat transfer area compared with bare tubes. The enlarged surface area improves air-side heat transfer efficiency, allowing compact condenser designs.
The embedded fin manufacturing process creates a tight mechanical connection between the aluminum fin and steel tube. This prevents fin loosening during temperature fluctuations, vibration, and long-term operation.
Aluminum fins naturally form a protective oxide layer, providing resistance against atmospheric corrosion. The GOST 550-2020 steel tube offers reliable pressure-bearing capability for condenser service.
