Product Introduction


Our High Frequency Welded Finned Tubes (HF welded finned tubes) are premium heat transfer components designed for demanding industrial applications. Manufactured using advanced high-frequency welding technology, these tubes feature an ASTM A269 TP321 stainless steel base tube combined with carbon steel fins. This combination delivers excellent corrosion resistance on the tube side and superior heat transfer performance on the fin side, making them ideal for harsh operating environments.

Tube Structure & Manufacturing Process


The finned tubes consist of three main elements:


  • Base Tube — ASTM A269 TP321 seamless or welded stainless steel tube, providing excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance and strength.
  • Fins — Continuous carbon steel strip helically wound around the base tube.
  • Welding Process — High Frequency Welding (HF Welding), where the fin is continuously welded to the base tube using high-frequency current. This creates a strong, metallurgical bond with minimal heat-affected zone, ensuring high structural integrity and thermal efficiency.


The result is a robust spiral/helical welded finned tube with outstanding durability and heat dissipation performance.
