ASME SA312 TP904L Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel pipe manufactured under the ASME SA312/SA312M specification, which is essentially identical to ASTM A312/A312M. It is intended for high-temperature and general corrosive service, especially in chemical, petrochemical, marine, and acid-handling environments. ASME SA312 TP904L Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel pipe with UNS N08904. It combines high nickel, molybdenum, and copper to provide outstanding resistance to acids, chlorides, pitting, and crevice corrosion. It is commonly supplied in NPS 1/8" to 24", schedules 5S to XXS, in solution-annealed and pickled, bright-annealed, or polished condition. It is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, marine, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, and pollution-control industries where 316L or 317L would not provide sufficient corrosion resistance.
