Description

HOLLOW BAR represents the optimal form for flange production from round bars.

Flange/Forging Machining: When producing large-diameter flanges, using solid round bars directly requires drilling a huge hole, resulting in significant material waste and time consumption. Using HOLLOW BAR, the material is already close to its final shape, requiring only minimal internal and external turning, leading to high material utilization and low processing costs.

Large Sleeves/Machinery Parts: Used in manufacturing bearing rings, large hydraulic cylinder barrels, machine bushings, and other parts requiring high wall thickness and strength. The wall thickness is thicker than ordinary pipes, but not yet reaching the wall thickness level of typical hollow bars.
